Family Weekend is your invitation to press pause, reconnect, and savor quality family time together. Whether you’re attending a Signature Event, exploring a campus open house, or playing pickleball, this weekend is designed for you and your family to make unforgettable memories.

It may be an away game weekend, but we are UGA—of course there’s still going to be a tailgate!

Registration for Family Weekend will open in late-Summer 2026. Sign up to be the first to be notified when tickets are available.

All family members, guests, and UGA students are required to register to attend.

Families are a big part of Bulldog Nation. This is the University’s official welcome to you and your family to celebrate your role as a student supporter. Enjoy refreshments and brunch while listening to a few keynote remarks from university leadership, including President Morehead, Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Michelle Garfield Cook, and others.

UGA VS. MISSISSIPPI STATE TAILGATE

It may be an away game, but this is going to be an epic tailgate you will NOT want to miss, complete with all the usual athletic traditions, Family Fun Zone, BBQ buffet, and more. Get ready to watch the Bulldog vs Bulldog matchup. Doors open 30 minutes before kickoff.
